In this letter we discuss Time Matters, a software to track current and old client matters, solicitors (both previous and current) handling the matters and details pertaining to other parties and the client.

  • Forms are already created in the database
  • Less scope of customisation

     Limitation
  • Standard document generation not possible

     Advantage
  • Add documents to client and matters

     Limitation
  • Cannot store documents in the same software
  • Links can be added to a file saved on server / drive

     Advantage
  • Create appointments
  • Synchronise with outlook calendar

     Limitation
  • Synchronisaing is possible only if Microsoft Exchange or similar e-mail service is being used.
